DELIVERY

We always aim to deliver your purchases within  2 working days from the date of order. In the case of non-standard sizes we aim to deliver within 10 working days - but if this is the case, we will always tell you before we confirm the order 

RETURNS POLICY

If you are not entirely satisfied with your goods purchased from oliverdiamonds.com you can return unworn goods within thirty days of receiving them for an exchange or refund.

When returning the unworn goods they need to be in their original, unused condition together with the gift box, and the completed returns note - at the bottom of the dispatch note.

For Health & Safety legal reasons, earrings can not be returned unless they are faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.

We recommend that when returning goods to oliverdiamonds.com, that you use Royal Mail Special Delivery which will ensure that you have insurance whilst in transit and proof of delivery.

Customised orders that have non-standard customised ring sizes or have been altered to size are non-returnable unless they are faulty as they have been made to order and therefore cannot be resold. This does not affect your statutory rights.
